Step 1

As you can see, this contacts list has the column names. If your document doesn’t have column names, you’ll need to add them before copying the table. Simply type out the column names on the first line, separating each one with a comma.
Step 5
Go to http://www.artistec.com/pages/CSV2vCard.html website and paste the table data into the text box.
Step 6
Select the "Specify Types tab" and make sure your column names have been matched to the appropriate column type. You can use the drop-downs to select the correct one.
Step 7
Select the Copy vCard tab and you should find your data in vCard format, ready for you to use!
Step 8
Finally, copy and paste the vCard text from that tab into Notepad, then save the file with a .vcf extension.
